This calculation is OK - the issue is whether such calculations turn out to be realities...

So far, we have only FOUR offers including an NRI who is already spending on his own and will route the future contributions through the Asramam.

Adiyen received many mails expressing their distress over the state of affairs BUT am yet to receive the kind of support needed to get this project off the ground.

receiving an instruction from our andavan it self is a very big blessing. what is the way to do it? in this, our acharyan will definitely show a way to all of us. we need not disturb anybody or any of their formalities. just we do our perumal koil kaingkaryam as asharmam shishyal. that is all.

in simple calculation a temple need 2kg rice, 1 lit oil, 1/2 kg ghee, some other small items like curd, gaggery etc. day to day cost factor is rice rs.70 oil rs.140 ghee rs.75 other items rs.50 total rs.rs.335 rounding it to rs.350 this is for one temple for one day.

for 30 days for one temple it comes to rs.350 x 30 =rs.10500 for one year it comes to

rs.10500 x12 = rs.126000 due to cost fluctuation it may be between rs.126000 to rs.130000.

in this connection if 100 families are made a group they can put rs.1000 per year and will reach the target. so if we make 15 groups and 15 temples problem can be solved. all other 35 temples are well maintained at present.

it is for our chola nattu thiruppathi calculation only.

with our acharayan's blessings it may not be big task for all our acharan's shishyas

our acharayan will show a way for us. let us wait.

if it is marked for a family for a particular temple in a script by our asharamam it may be followed by the family for the comming years, for the next generation also. so indirectly we show nalla vazhi to the next generation.

Adiyen will discuss all these aspects with HH this week end.

HH has directed adiyen to come over to Kalyanapuram for a function.

Many Sevarthis have expressed their distress at the state of the affairs and offered to help.

Adiyen would humbly request that all such Sevarthis to kindly advise their commitment in terms of Cash or Kind contributions that they are willing to offer.

At the risk of being misunderstood, adiyen will make it clear that the Asramam can be a Facilitator -

The Institution cannot bear the entire financial commitment on its own.

It has its own very long list of commitments including 6 temples of its own,

It is all very well to express one's distress at the state of affairs,

But these affairs had existed for some decades.

To rectify these will take monumental BUT continuous efforts.

So we need FIRM Commitments please.

After consulting with HH, we hope that The Padukas will show us the way.
