adiyen dasasya vignyapanam. In the last year paduka, in kelvi-bathil it was explained the varusha pirappu pandigai to be celeberated on the tharpanam day itself. if it is so 13th itself we should celeberate the puthiya varush pirappu pandigai. even now Sri Srinivasan's mail confirm this.
