You have done a wonderful Job of explaining a life cycle of a person.

 

I would like to add here that the young generation aged between 15-30 rather even persons of age 40 and above also go for Gym, exercise, etc... forgetting rather not interested in our culture-what I am trying to convey here is 3 times Sandhya Vandanam (Morning, Maadhyaahnikam and Evening) if a person does, I do not think, any body needs to go for a GYM and/or exercise where these people are interested in doing the GYM/Exercise for 1-2 hours daily (some even do morning and evening both times), they spend good amount of money for that also but they do not want to rather intent to do Sandhya Vandanam daily.

 

They do have so much of time to do all the other things except Sandhya Vandanam.

 

I do not know how many of us know what is Pranayaamam which we perform while doing Sandhya Vandanam-The body becomes perfect if a person does Sandhya Vandanam daily-the blood circulation actually improves along with if we perform Gayathri Manntram atleast 10 times each time, we will get Sakala Bhagyam in our life.
