Please find attached some more photographs taken on 3rd May, 2009 at Uthiramerur Sri Sundra Varadaraja Perumal Garuda Sevai. The local people Vanniyakula Shathriya community enthusiastically were the ubayadaarars for this occasion and they are the SreePaadam Thaangigal on that day. They literally carried the Garuda Sevai Perumal through every street of their living,in the hot sun and it took nearly 5 hours for the Perumal return to Aasthaanam.Everyone in that village had the darshan of Permal in Garuda Vaahanam. This place has a very large presence of Srimath Andavan Tiruvadees and many of them have been contributing large sums every year for this temple activities, besides many well wishers.
