Tomorrow is Sri Nrusimha Jayanthi. This year it combines with " Chitra Pournami" and it falls on friday. These are all very auspicious. Further , Sri Malolan approves the Peetarohanam of " 46th Jeer " at Srirangam which is also a bhagyam to sishyas of Sri Ahobila Mutt

 

Adiyen need not stress the importance of Sri Nrusimha Jayanthi, when Sriman Narayanan's Avathara was from a " Sthambam" on the fervent prayer of a devoted child Sri Prahladhan. During the olden days , elders used to instruct the children not to put their feet on the " Sthamba" ( Thoon / pillar), as Sri Nrusimhan is still there in all " Sthambas". If adiyen commences to detail this, the main point will not be stressed, hence adiyen leaves this to the experience of all bakthas

 

Adiyen request you to do jabham of Sri Nrusimha Manthra atleast 108 times in the evening on 8th , bringing the " Avathara Swaroopa as Sri Lakshmi Nrusimhan" in you heart

 

This "jabham" will drive away all evil things from your life

 

Those who are at Srirangam can do this jabham either at Sri Mettazhagiar Sannithi / Kattazhagiyar sannithi in the evening

 

Those in other Divya desams, they can go to the temple ,sit in the sannithi of Sri Lakshmi Nrusimhar and do jabham

 

Those who are not blessed with such Khsetralvasam, they need not worry. they can sit in front of Perumal sannithi and do the jabham'

 

Such of these jabhams, especially during the Jayanthi will give immense "power", besides protecting you as a " Kavacham" from evil effects

 

These jabhams can be performed with "Sathvikathiakams"

 

Adiyen will be happy to do "upadesam" to those devotees who are sincere ,dedicated, and anushtanaparas
