Dear Srirangasri members and our Honorable friends My Saashtaanga Pranaams to Azagiya manavalan and Sriranga Naachiyaar

 

Today is the 9th day of Vasanthothsavam for our Azagiya Manavalan. Our Azhagiya Manavalan goes around the four Chitra streets in the evening on His Golden Horse vahanam (Thanga Kudurai Vahanam).

 

Sri Ranganatha is the savior of all creatures. He protects them as His duty. Since Sri Rangam is the abode of the Lord Himself, this is the ONLY  place on earth which is worth being called as " Bhooloka Vaikuntham " . Blessed are those who are born in Sri Rangam, those who live in Sri Rangam, and those who end their materialistic existence by leaving their body in Sri Rangam. One must always consider it a goal in life to visit Sri Rangam at least once. But the best thing to do is - Be born, live and get Moksham in Sri Rangam.

 

 After the Chitra streets processions Our Namperumal will reach the Chandra Puskarani for the Theertha Vaari.

Chinaaperumaal, also called Theeratha Perar will visit the Chandra Puskarnai and have the Theertha Vari (the bathing in Chandra Puskarani). Swamy Sri Ranganatha then  leaves from Chandra Puskarani to reach the Vasantha Mandapam, where He will have a Thirumanjanam.

 

After The Thirumanajanam, Alankarams and the Naivedhyam follow. Then the Namperumal leaves from the Vasantha Mandapam to Moolasthanam via Sriranga Nachiyar Sanndadhi.  Once when He reaches the Sanctum Sanatorium, the Archagas will remove the Rakshbandanam and they will offer Namperumal Naivedyam, then the Anatha Sayanam follows.

 

We sincerely pray for all the members and Sriranga Sri Group also.
