Adiyen is planning to visit Melkotte and other Sri Vaishnava temples nearby. Shall be thankful for details, like accommodation, meals (not in hotel) near that places. I am planning to leave from Chennai on 28th Aug by Shatapthi express. Please help.

Dear Mr. Govindarajan,

 

If you are going straight to Mysore, it is good and it is nearer to Melkote and other places. At Mysore, you can stay at Parakala Matam and from Mysore, you can hire a taxi for going to Melkote. On the way to Melkote, you can go to Srirangapatnam, from there to Thondanur for Narasimhar and Ramanujar sannidhis, Parthasarathy Perumal sannidhi and Srinivasa Perumal sannidhi and can reach Melkote in the afternoon. You can have dharshan of Chella Pillai and have your food at a Madam behind the temple. You can stay at Ahobila Mutt there. You can visit Narasimhar on the hill.

Dear Shri. Govindarajan,

 

When you visit Melkotte please do not miss the Sowmya Keshava Temple in

Nagamangala hardly 20 km from Melkotte. Anybody will guide. Once you visit them

temple, then only you know how Keshavar binds you to him. Please visit with out

fail. And then post your experiences. Meet the archagar Mama Shri. Narayanan and

he will give you a good darshan of Moolavar, thayar, Krishnan and Narasimhar.
