Dear Swamin/Mathusri

 

When adiyen went there on 8th of this month, "Sanskar T.V."came there and took videos of all the progress of constructions.

Adiyen was very much mooved when the entire history was told to me bythe President of the Sabha , by Sri U.Ve. Murali Battar and also by the local people. Thousands and thousands of our fore--fathers faced the challenge of muslim empire bravely and lost everything including their lives, only to protect and to give "Namperumal" to their next generations. These fore--fathers took shelter in Gopurapattiand offered worship to the deities Sri Ranganathar and Sri Ranganayaki, when they could not go to Srirangam for worship.

Adiyen felt that it is our duty/ gratitude/natural attribute to assist the work of revival of this temple where our fore--fathers lived and worshipped

The committeeheaded by Sri C.Ramachandran, Auditor, and ably guided by Sri U.Ve. Murali Battar of Srirangam asked adiyen to take up the kainkaryam which is feasible to " Sri Kainkarya Public Charitable Trust". Adiyen AFTER PRAYING SRI HAYAGREEVAN and with HIs Order suggested to them stating that Srikainkarya can take up the construction of " THAAYAAR SANNIDHI " forwhich they readily and happily gave consent

 

You all knowthat " Piratti" is " Purushakara bhoothai"i.e. She recommends to SRiman Narayanan to forgive us ( Jeevathmas)from our countless sins and absorb us their Seshan ( Kainkaryaparars) in Sri Vaikuntam. SHe is also an Acharyan next to Sriman Narayanan in our " GURU PARAMPARA". Our custom and practice is to worship Thaayaar first before going to worship Perumal. SWami Desikan says " Innamudathth thirumagal yenrivarai munnittu emperuman thiruvadigal adaikinrene"

Attaining/reaching the lotus feet of Emperuman infront of sweetest amudham i.e. Thirumagal

 

Srikainkarya has taken up this kainkaryam of construction of " Adhinayaki alias Sri Rankanayaki Thaayaar Sannidhi" here at Gopurapattitemple. The estimated cost comes to five lakhs rupees( Sketch attached)

 

Srikainkarya firmly believes that this kainkaryam to Sri Mahalakshmi will be appreciated by you, all.Srikainkarya requests all of you to contribute whatever amount is possible by youto this kainkaryam just like your liberal donations for the construction of Mahamandap to Sri Hayagreevan at OUshathagiri, Thiruvaheendrapuram

 

Srikainkarya is planning to fix a " Tableau"in marble stonein this Sri Mahalakshmi Sannidhi , engraving the names of mahanubhavas who contribute a sum of Rs 30,000/- ( Thirty thousand). This donation can be sent in three instalments also by those whodesire to participate but could not give it at one time. All these contributions are exempted from the purview of " Income Tax AcT"u/s 80(G)
