She destroys all sins of chethanas , as "purushakara oothai" ---------------Chandra She melts the hearts of bakthas as "chandra krama " She appears in the hearts of "yogis". She creates beam of light rays at the 4th stage of yogis. Yogi means who meditates deeply. In "ashtanga Yoga" , " pranayaamaa" is the 4th stage. ( 1. Yamam 2. Niyamum. 3. Aasanam . 4. Praanaayaamum)This should be done in three parts i.e. 1. rechakam 2.poorakam 3. gumbhakam .While the yogis do pranayama, sending out the dirty airfrom the heart through the left hole of the nose, absorbing fresh air through the right hole of the nose and keeping this fresh air for sometimein the heart and all blood vessels( gumbakham). During deep meditation ( Dyanam--7th stage of Ashtanga yoga) also by the yogis ( bakthi yoga)there are another set of stages Brahma Rishi Vasishtar, while performing yoga, there was obstruction/disturbance at one stage. He meditated Sri Mahalakshmi in the " sushumna nadi" ohf his sareera continued the yoga and completed it successfully with the anugraha of Sri Mahalakshmi. Om Chandrayai Nama: This "manthra" gives instant divine pleasure when chanted This " manthra" gives cool breeze to those who suffer from "samsara agni" This contains six aksharas Salutations to Sri Chandra The good deeds done by the parents will definitely save the children.
