A better option will be to create folders using filters in mail so that any mail subject that contains [Andavan] will go to their respective folders example "Andavan" folder.

 

Click top right===>

Options->Mail Options->Filters->Create or edit Filters->Add->

 

 

Edit Message Filter

 

Filter Name

 

If all of the following rules are true...

 

 

 

From header:

containsdoes not containbegins withends with match case

 

To/Cc header:

containsdoes not containbegins withends with match case

 

Subject:

containsdoes not containbegins withends with match case

 

Body:

containsdoes not containbegins withends with match case

 

Then...

Move the message to: - Choose Folder -[New Folder]InboxTrashAndavanDocsJobsNaukriPonsgroup
