As an exception,those with some disabilty can do this after 08-35 A.M.,in Kumba Lagnam 15-01-2009 Kanu Pongal- Kanuppidi before 07-30 A.M. Solar Eclipse begins at 11-24 A.M.and ends at 03-15 P.M.
