Guest guest
Dear All, Please read and enjoy THIRUPPAVAI THANIAYAN in English. The original in sanskrit is eloquent and beautiful beyond words. Adiyen Daasan, M. Vijayaraghavan THIRUPPAVAI THANIYAN Unto Neela Devi’s breasts like hill, By leaning Krishna lost in deep slumber still. Unto her who’d woken Him, By her loving call to Him. Unto her who’d vocally and in action announce to Him, By her subservience to Him. Unto her who’d with hundreds of sayings upanishadic, By her explicit and emphatic. Unto her who’d bound Him around, By her garlands worn and cast off aground. Unto her who’d forcefully bound Him, By her love bondage for Him. Unto her who’d enjoyed forcefully company of Him, By her compulsion upon Him. Unto Goda Devi who’d deserve, my repeated obeisance meant, By all these, by Paraasara Bhattar meant.
