The attached pictures are taken yesterday ( 29th Dec.2009) at Kancipuram Sri Deva Perumal Temple,on the second day of Raappathu uthsavam The Kanchi Veda Goshti did Krishna Yajur Veda Paarayanam from about 9am to 5pm non-stop. They covered the 3 kaandams of the samhitai.

You will have the grand look of Sri Deva Perumal with ubhaya Naachchimars glittering inside the Mirrored Glass House, all the time enjoying the Veda Paaraayanams. This is the speciality of Kanchipuram.
