Kindly translate this into a C D . Take snaanam on the early morning on 22nd. After wearing vasthra and putting in " vibhuthi/ thiruman /etc according to yr custom do Sandhya , take record player, go to upstairs ( open place ) and exactly at the time of sunrise switch on the C D record player sitting facing the SUN and hear this " Aruna Prashnam " with utmost dedication( on that particular time , Sun commences to move from south to north according to Vedas )

 

As Sri U.Ve. Muralidhar Rangaswamy put it

this is extremely efficacious; this is veda manthra; particularly moving is the tribute where protection from the various narakas is sought through this manthram" asmAnna paripAhi"

 

During the last year , adiyen received feed backs from many devotees. One devotee made it a habit to hear this " Arunam " in his car daily as he used to go to his duties early in every morning in Chennai. Another devotee memorised this in six months and used to recite this every day early morning after " Sandhya"

The vital information gathered from many devotees is that they benifitted immensely after their hearing with dedication this " Prashnam " on 2nd february last year
