Again we were the first institution from Tirupati to perform at Sripuram. OUR PLANS Our institution was started with the sole aim of unfolding the vast beauty in our Rich Cultural Heritage. Our institution was the first institute to perform ‘Gajjala Puja’ for our students, the first step for a student learning Classical Dance. We have been providing a good platform for our students to display their talents by conducting programs during Festivals like ‘Sankranthi’, ‘Ugadi’. Our Trust ‘SRI VAARI KALAKSHETRA SAMPRADAYA SANGEETHA SEVA TRUST’ was floated with the sole intention of providing opportunities to young talent and also to organize cultural programs by well-known musicians and dancers of India . Seeing the performances of these reputed artistes would be a source of inspiration for young talents and also help them learn the nuances of the art. As part of this line of thought, we organised ‘SRI VAARI KALAKSHETRA DANCE & MUSIC FESTIVAL' at Tirupati during the years 2008 and 2009. Our Trust has also produced a Serial on Andal's 'Tirruppavai' named 'GODA AMRUTHAM' which was telecast on Bhakti TV during December-January 2009-10. The serial had discourse on the pasuram of the day, the pasuram being song and also the dance form performed by our students. The serial had a high TRP rating of '8' during its run. We plan to take more such serials in the near future on our Acharyas' and Alwars' by the benign Grace of Bhagvan Srinivasa.
