As usual, adiyen's post here is not directly related to group's aim, but this may help many in reading the most valuable postings here appearing daily.   We are used to read many lengthy messages in emails we daily receive, many word documents and Ebooks on the monitor. Since by default they occupy the entire real estate of the screen, naturally we get some strain on eyes. Realpal , about which I leant this evening through my friend Sri Kaushik, comes to our help in this regard. Using the principles of news papers, which present news in columns, mainly to make it easy for the reader to read the items without strain, Readpal shrinks the documents or web pages and emails to single or double columns with very pleasing backgrounds and matching font styles and makes reading any length of document a pleasure. You have the option to change the background and fonts to your choice. You can even read sentence by sentence rolling very gently or word by word even. Speed of display can also be adjusted to your convenience. Really a very good utility.  Once downloaded and installed, it opens with windows,( again there is option to stop it opening at the start,) icons one at system tray indicating the running of it and another at the top right hand corner. When ever you desire, just click on the top corner icon either to read a web page through a browser or to read a word document, it displays the contents in single or double columns.   Free version for personal use is available. BUT when adiyen tested it, it works with Internet Explorer versions only. Firefox and Chrome seem to be not supporting. Similarly all documents in English are supported and Indian languages are not supported.   Below is a screen shot of a mail recently received from Sri sadagopan swami.
