The author says this is found in Vasishta Ramayan, also known as Jnana Ramayana , was written by sage Valmiki himself. The article is attached as word document for you to comment on it. Even though adiyen think that this should be some rubbish, yet adiyen want the comments from scholars so that review may be sent to the journal
