Sri Krishna Sabha, Sion East, Mumbai have organised complete recitation of slokas of Swami Desikan's , " Sri Padhuka Sahasram " .This annual feature of the sabha is on 21 March 2010 ( Sunday ) commencing at 7.30 am.The utsavam concludes with Satrumurai and Goshti at 12.30 pm. Sri Padhuka Sahasram books can be made available to those in need from sabha's library .During the function 32 different varieties of Dry Fruits/ Fresh Fuits are offered to the Perumals. In addition 32 varieties of Flowers are also offered. All are welcome to participate .Sri Krishna Sabha is under Major renovation at a cost of nearly 3 lacs.Sabha is well known for conduct of utsavams in traditinal Srivaishnava Sampradayam. Srivaishnavas in Mumbai and around Mumbai are requested to become Members and may also sponsor ' One day Ubhayam ' for various functions .It is not necessary to be a member to attend sabha's functions.
