Respected Swamins,

Since Iam Planning to go to U.S. during the 2nd week of April2010. I want to know can I do Masapirappu and Amavasai Tharpanam In foreign land. When I contacted my relatives and friends each one giving different answers. Hence I seek clarifications from the pandithas.
