Guest guest
Dear all, I would like to know the legend (How and when this form was conceived in mythology) behind the concept of Panchamukha Anjaneya and the benefits of worshipping this specific form of Lord Hanuman. Temples where Panchamukha Anjaneya can be worshipped (in TN, Karnataka) will also be helpful Thanks, MK Renganathan. The INTERNET now has a personality. YOURS! See your Homepage. Guest guest
Dear Mr Renganathan,There is a Panchamukha Anjaneya Temple in Coimbatore, just off the Marudhamalai Road. The bus stop is navaoor Pirivu. Buses run from the Station : 1C to Vadavalli, and some to Marudhamalai. The other option is to take a bus to Gandhipuram Bus Stand and take buses to Marudhamalai, far more frequent, and get down at navaoor Pirivu. It is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. I cannot speak for its ancestry or its heritage however. If you need more details, I will be happy to fetch it for you. It is run by a private trust.Best wishes.Murli On Thu, Mar 18, 2010 at 9:12 AM, Mysore Renganathan <rengan_72 wrote: Dear all, I would like to know the legend (How and when this form was conceived in mythology) behind the concept of Panchamukha Anjaneya and the benefits of worshipping this specific form of Lord Hanuman.
