In connection with the first Prathishta Dina Mahothsavam of Sri Ashtayamthishtitha Sri Padmavathi Sametha Sri Srinivasa Perumal, H.H wished to perform Sri Sooktha Yaagam at Chennai Ashramam. As was yesterday, the entire Ashramam Kainkarya barars and Aaraadakars, sat around the Homa Kundam and Sri Suktha Homam was performed with all religious fervour. H.H. was giving instructions on the variuos aspects of the Homam and made a quick round of the Yaagam location. In this, I am attaching the picasaweb photos and short movie clips taken on the occasion. These postings are mainly to update you on some imporatant events in our Ashramam. Later in the evening Kalyana Uthsavam was performed This morning is the first Prathishtadina mahothsavam.
