Guest guest
Dear Sudhir, You have brought out an excellent topic. It was three years ago, I was watching a documentary on HBO with my boss. the documentary gave graphic depictions as to how the animals were treated in farms and how they were transported to and from the meat plant and diary etc.,. It was quite heart rendering. After the program, my boss told me now he realised why I was a veggie and he to joined the club. I am proud to say that he hasn't touched meat since then. From then on I too decided to drink milk only from organic cows and have come to the conclusion that HorizonOrganic Inc, Boulder CO makes the ideal milk. They have farms in Maryland and Idaho. They are available at 1888-494-3020 or www.horizonorganic.com. I buy their products from FreshFields. You can call their number to find your nearest distributor. I highly recommend their Yogurt, which is quite close to our own curds(Mosaru..). Their buttermilk and milk are also quite good, though they may be bit expensive($2.79) for a gallon of skim milk. But it surely is worth it..
