Dear Sri Krishna Bhaktas,

 

We would like to invite you and your families for Sri Jayathirtha Aaradhane

in Allentown on July 31 and August 1, 1999. Learned scholars and austere

devotees are participating and we invite you all to share in the joy of

About the speakers

 

Sri Gopinath Galagali had his formal sasthric education of 12 years at

Sri Poornaprajna Vidya Peeta. He is a disciple of his father, VidwAn

Sri Pandarinath Galagali and H. H. Sri Visvesa Thirtha of Pejavara Matha.

 

Prof. Balaji Hebbar is a professor of 'Eastern Religions' at George

Washington University. He studied shastras with Sri Bannanje

Govindacharya, Sri P. Nagaraja Rao, Sri B.N.K.Sharma and pAThas on vedAntic

texts under H.H. Sri VidyAmAnya Thirtha of PhalimAr Matha.

 

Sri Jayakrishna Nelamangala is the son of Sri Nelamangala

Vedavyasacharya who was his first guru and initiated him on to

Bhagvadgeetha. Sri Jayakrishna received his formal education on Madhwa

SAsthra under his older brother and guru, Sri N.V.Subbannacharya.

 

Sri Keshava Rao Tadipatri learnt Madhwa SAsthra under his father, Sri

Tadipatri Venkata Subba Rao, a retired District Judge. His grand

father, Sri Tadipatri Hanumantha Rao, was a disciple of H. H. 1008 Sri

Satyadhyana Thirtharu of Uttiradhi Matha.

Macungie is in the south west suburbs of Allentown. Allentown is about

55 miles north west of Philadelphia and 60 miles east of Harrisburg.

 

From East or West

-In Interstate 78, take exit 16-A Hamilton Blvd South (route 222

south)

- After a couple of lights, left into Brookside Road

- Cross two signals, (the second light is for Lower Macungie Road and

you will see a Shell Gas Station in the intersection), go for 0.4 miles and

take a left into Princeton Road, into Dan Field Run housing development.

- After first stop sign, third house on the right.

 

From South or North

- In Interstate 476, take exit-33, Allentown or Lehigh Valley exit.

- After toll, proceed towards Allentown.

- Within a short distance, take route 309 south

- Take Hamilton Blvd exit and in the exit ramp, take route 222 south

- Proceed as above.
