Dear Srimathi Rama Srinivasa Rao,

 

Very happy that your father would be able to personally hand over our check

to Uthiradi Matha in Bangalore. I will mail my check to you. Please let

me know your mailing address.

 

So far, we have $866. This I think translates to only about Rs 35,000

which is not a large sum. This is our humble seva to Sri Jayatheertharu.

This can only serve as a small seed money to a small project. It will be

nice if this humble contribution can help Nyayasudha translation into

English with the tippani of Sri Raghavendra Thirtharu, as suggested by Sri

Balaji Hebbar.

 

Sri Badrinath Mathad in Washington D. C had taken the trouble of finding the

tel no (011-91-11-4101647) in Delhi where Sri Sathyathma Theertharu of Sri

Uthiradi Matha is doing chaturmasa. I will talk to him this coming Friday

night (Saturday morning in Delhi) and inform him of Sri Jayatheertha

Aradhane in particular and other VMS activities in general.

 

Sri Bindumadhav Kerur in Bangalore is going to inform us the specific

institution belonging to Sri Uthiradi Matha to which the check should be

drawn to.

 

Let us keep Aug 28 as the last date for people to mail their contributions

to me. I will then mail my consolidated check to you on Aug 28.

I agree with Mr. Varna. My father also suggested the same idea. To take it

personally and talk to people accordingly. He himself volunteered to do so

if it is O.k. with Mr. Bindhu since, he is leaving to Bangalore around

September 8th.
