Guest guest
Dear Friends, I sincerely thank everyone who went out of their way to answer my doubts which were exposed out of my ignorance about Hinduism in general and Vedas in particular. Although chronologically I am not very young, knowledge wise I am immature. I belong to that generation of Madhwas who left India in late 60's to pursue further education and a living as the opportunities back home were few and many were closed to our community. Consequently, the inherent quest for Madhwa philosophical knowledge left unfulfilled. This was particularly so in my case as I was on the wrong side of the Atlantic ocean in U.K where there are no organisations like Vishwamadhvasangha of USA. Thanks to the Internet and now I am able to participate in the discussions of the VMS of USA. The points that I have raised might appear very elementary and these are some of the points our youngsters in the west have to face when they are challenged by the individuals of the host culture. I am sure that the discussion forum has given a great deal of answers which we can keep in our armory for the future use. I hope that the young Madhwas of both the east and the west will actively participate in these discussions and they should not hesitate to put in any doubt that they might have about our philosophy and heritage. The stalwarts are there to answer them. Finally I thank all the people who patiently took trouble to clear my doubts, particularly people like Dr Hebbar, Naps Rao, BKN Rao, Shrisha Rao, Phanindra Mankale and others. Yours sincerely, Rajaram Cavale. ______ Don't forget to SPOT the DOT in my email address. There is a spot in my email address before kkh - as below. rajcaval.kkh.
