Guest guest
Dear Haribhakthas, Though it is not expected to post this kind of message here, I just wanted to inform this to all fellow members and please pardon me. Shri Hari Priyatham B.Gopalakrishna A doctor from Detroit killed in Road accident in Bangalore Dear friends, Please see the following news. The unfortunate vicitm Dr. Manohar was a close assosiate of VMS members of Detroit. His wife Smt Shobha Monohar is an active member of our Bhajan group. Many of you who attended Shri Vadiraja Aradhana and VMS conference in Detroit, had the opportunity to listen to Bhajans of Smt Shobha Manohar. Dr.Manohar and his wife had just finished 'residence' and about to start working. We are terribly shocked to listen this news. It is beyond our control to stop such accidents but at least we can always help the affected family at this time to overcome this shock. Today it is Dr. Manohar's family tomorrow(I never wish) ....... Let us think about that for a while. Therefore we need to set up some forum/trust/emergency fund to take immediate action in case of such emergency, especially for those people who have come to this country just recently or still not got into secured job. I, along with few kind hearted volunteers, intend to start this fund to help such family, badly hit by the tragedies. You may kindly forward your donations/suggestions. Donations will get tax exemptions. Guest guest
Dear Gopalkrishna, Please let us know what we can do to help in this regard. I propose that we set aside part of the funds collected for VMS for these emergencies. Please give us more info as to where we can send our contributions. I will send out an email to our local VMS members here. Sorry to hear this bad news. - Sathya. ---------- > GOPALAKRISHNA.B VARNA <bgkvarna > VMS < > > Family Tragedy > Friday, September 03, 1999 8:52 AM > > " GOPALAKRISHNA.B VARNA " <bgkvarna > > Dear Haribhakthas, > > Though it is not expected to post this kind of message here, I just > wanted to inform this to all fellow members and please pardon me. > > Shri Hari Priyatham > B.Gopalakrishna > > A doctor from Detroit killed in Road accident in Bangalore > > Dear friends, > > Please see the following news.
