Guest guest
Dear Devotees, WISH YOU ALL HAPPY AND JOYFUL DIWALI. MAY THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHT BRIGHTEN YOUR LIFE WITH NEW LIGHT AND COLOR. LET US ALL TO PRAY SHRI HARI AND GODDESS LAXMI TO TAKE AWAY ALL THE DARKNESS IN OUR LIFE AND BLESS WITH KNOWLEDGE AND WEALTH. It is three day festival and the third day of DIWALI is being celebrated as GO-POOJA, a day to show our gratitude towards cows. Let us think a while about this day. You know that cow or 'Gomatha' is inseparable from Indian culture and tradition. We highly respect cows, and worship cows. We are being fed by means of milk, butter, curd etc. continuously from childhood onwards and hence cow can be called as our second mother. But the reality is that these cows are being neglected when they become old, weak or sick. These old and weak cows are being sold for a paltry sum and are made to see a horrible end in butcher's hand. What a inhuman sight it is to see that these cows are made to meet a brutal end without giving a chance to have peaceful death. Is it not our duty to try to help and protect these cows in their old age? We should at least try our best to act against this. Though individuals can not do anything, we can support organizations working against cow slaughtering. Here is an opportunity for you to help old and weak cows. Kamadhenu Gosamrakshana Kendra, a registered charitable body, is dedicated for protection and welfare of weak and handicapped cows, providing them all comforts and a chance to have a peaceful life. The Kendra is already sheltering and taking care of more than 20 cows but still a lot to be done. A regular clinical facility is to be established and a permanent fund is to established to feed and take care of cows for ever. So on this holy day of GO-puja , my sincere request to all of you is to support and help the GoSamrakshana Kendra by propagating the message of cow protection, and of course with little donations. (Even 1$ from each, would be a great resource for us). It would be highly appreciated on this holy day, if we think of supporting cow protection. That itself would be a great Pooja !! All of you are hereby requested to consider this as a good opportunity to serve Lord by helping these old cows. NOTE: Thanks a lot to those who have already helped us by generous donation and we would be highly grateful to you if you pass on this message to others.
