I will add a few lines regarding the defeat of one of our swamijis in debate to a Visistadvaitin. It was certainly not the great AbhinavaAnandatirtha, Satyadhyanaru. It was possibly one of the two after him and before Sri Satyapramodatirtharu. But no need to make a fuss of it.Srimadacharya has said in Kathalakshna that a 'vadi' might losein debate due to inadequacy of knowledge. The particular swamiji took this in this spirit (I have read so in some book) and enhanced his knowledge. In such cases it should not be construed that the standpoint of the system is incorrect. In fact there is no question of Dvaita losing before other systems since it has been established by the Acharya after hoing the fallacies of other systems.
