Dear HariBhaktas,

 

Tommorow the saturday 12/18, will be a very auspious day for Hari Bhaktas

which happens to be the " Vaikunta Yekadashi " . For the west coast the

" Yekadashi " starts from 2.00 a.m in the morning on saturday, and hence

the " vaikunta Yekadashi " will be observed on Saturday itself.

 

On account of this great day we are planning to have the following

programme :-

 

Since it is a holiday, we are planning to spend about 5 - 6 hours

in the morning, doing " Hari Vayu Gurugala Smarane " . I request all the

Hari Bhaktas to gather for this great occasion and take the blessings of

" Sri Hari Vayu Gurugalu " .

 

We will be starting the programme at 10 a.m at Sunnyvale Hindu Temple.

 

In the temple, there is the regular weekly recitation of " Sri Vekatesha

Suprabhata " and " Sri Vishnu Sahasra Nama " , which will start at 10 a.m.

 

10:00 - 11:15 - Sri Vekatesha Suprabhata and Sri Vishnu Sahasra Nama.

After this, we are planning have the following programme :-

 

Recite :

11:15 - 12:00 - One adhyaya of Sri Bhagawad Geeta (15th adhyaya)

12:00 - 12:30 - Sri Hari Vaayu Stuti

12:30 - 12:45 - Sri Raghavendra Ashtothara &

12:45 - 1:00 - Sri Vijara Rayara Kavacha.

 

1:00 p.m. - 1:30 - Lecture on " Vaikunta Yekadashi Mahime "

by Sri Bala Krishna

1:30 p.m - 2:00 - Lecture on " Sri Hari Kathamruthasara "

by Sri Prasanna Krishna

 

2:30 p.m - 4:30 - Taratamya Bhajana.

 

We end the programme with Sri Krishnarpana.

 

We can get-together again in the night for Bhajana & Jaagarana programme at

Sri SathyaNarayana's House.

 

I once again request everybody to participate in the above programme in

doing the " Hari Smarane " .
