Guest guest
KrishNa bhaktas, This weekend at the tulAbhAra function in NY, sri sri sugunendra theertha swamiji will be releasing two booklets produced by VMS volunteers. Both these books have been done in a very short time by the cooperative efforts of many VMS volunteers in a spirit of service and devotion to sri Hari and vAyu. 1. The first booklet is called " Beginner's Guide to sri madhvAcharya's life and Philosophy " . This is a booklet done in English in a easy to understand Q & A format and contains pictures and drawings on his life and places. This book was intended to fill the need of parents and children here who want to learn about sri madhvAcharya in a simple and easy to understand format. Advance feedback we are getting is very positive. Now, nobody will have an excuse not to understand and explain the life and philosophy of sri madhva to their children!. 2. Second booklet is a collection of the excellent postings on sri vijaya dAsara kavacha that we posted here by sri Hunsur Sriprasad, smt. Shobha Srinivasan and sri Madusudhana Rao. This booklet offers detailed explanations and inner meanings of sri vijaya dAsara kavacha. BOth the booklets will be available on the VMS web site next week. They will also be available for a donation in a handsome printed booklet format ( that is very easy to hold - 5 " *7 " ) by contacting the VMS volunteers at -owner . Please take time to read the booklets and give us feedback either to the list or to the volunteers at -owner . Hope you will enjoy these two booklets. I want to thank the contributors shrI Raghavendra Rachuri, shrI Sudhindra Yapalparvi, shrI Srinivasa Bhat, Dr. Kurudi Muralidhar, Miss Samhitha Muralidhar, shrI Sathyanarayana, shrI Hunsur Sriprasad, shrI Jayakrishna , Dr. Hebbar, smt.
