Can you explain why this is necessary, as long as the objective is the advancement of a Madhva cause? Arvind Acharya

This proposal is made to bring an some sort of an order into fund raising requests. VMS is there to spread awareness of the worth while causes in India. Sometimes the fund raising requests are crowded together, resulting in some information getting lost in the noise. Hence this proposal. We are open minded on this issue. I would like to get member's opinion on this. Please let us know if you think the current scheme of unmoderated fund raising requests is OK, or would like to bring some order into this. Please REPLY TO -owner and NOT TO the list.
