Kesava Rao-avare: I went back to the archives to trace the origin of the phrase " Madhva extremist " . Interestingly, it is not Gopal Potti who coined it. It was Prasanna Acharya, the purvashrama brother of Puthige Swamiji. Prasanna used this brush to taint Nataraj for questioning the inclusion of articles on oil etc. Sugunamala. Now that same phrase is coming back to haunt all exponents of Madhva philosophy. I agree with you that this phrase is a self-damaging statement.
