The report narrates what is happening at one place, it is still worse in many places.It is beyond anyone's imagination how terrible the last days of those cows who spend their whole life feeding us with milk. It again and again reminds me the Kannada poem " ninaarigaadheyo ele manavaa... " how selfish we are!!!!!(Many of us have studied this poem in our school days.) The report also suggests what each one of us can do. Please spare few minutes to show your concern about these animals. Also please support the organizations protecting old and disabled cows. Each one of us can save at least one cow from this terrible butchering by supporting and strengthening the " Go samrakshana Kendra " . As you all know, " Kamadhenu Go samrakshana Kendra " , Hoovinakere is sheltering old and disabled cows and providing them a peaceful life. I humbly request all of you support this " Go Kendra " , in all possible ways. Please pass on this information to all and please think of taking a pledge to save at least one cow from the butcher's hand on the good occassion of coming Shri Madhva Navami celebration. It would be the most appropriate way to celebrate Shri Madhva Navami. Devotess may please write to me at bgkvarna for further details.
