New CD from Tara Prakashana

On this most auspicious day of Sri Madhvanavami, Tara Prakashana is

very pleased to announce the release of an audio CD entitled

" The Philosophy of Sri Madvacharya " in English by Dr. K.T.Pandurangi.

 

In this CD, Dr. Pandurangi gives a very eloquent and succint summary

of Srimad Acharya's philosophy. Like a true scholar that he is,

Dr. Pandurangi touches upon all aspects of our belief system in an easy

 

to understand manner.

 

Dr. Pandurangi is a retired professor of Sanskrit from Bangalore

University and is currently Upakulapati of Sri Purnaprajnya

Vidyapeetha, among many other affiliations. He is also the main

force behind Dvaita Vedanta Studies and Research Foundation that

has brought out so many important publications.

 

Tara Prakashana is indeed blessed that Dr. Pandurangi, in spite of

his advanced age, took the trouble of composing and delivering this

unique discourse in English for this specific request from Tara

Prakashana. The help of Sri C.K. Amardeep with logistics and

Sri Vidyabhushana with studio arrangements for recording is very

sincerely appreciated.

 

Tara Prakashana would like to distribute this CD not only to the

mAdhva community on this list, but also to those who are beyond the

cyberspace. In this regard, Tara Prakashana requests your help in

establishing contact with temples in your area. If you would like a

copy of the CD or would like to help with the distribution in

temples outside Bharat, pleas send an e-mail to tara .

Tara Prakashana would also be happy to distribute the CD to students

of Hindu Philosophy at universities in the USA.
