Namaskara to all Haribhakthas.

 

Anandateertha bhagavat vadnendu bimbam

vidya sudhaa vitata kaanti sukaanti kantam/

yaih praikshataatra bhavataapa shamaaya bhaktih

tadraasa daasyamapi kim na daddaati pumsahah//

 

The very darshan of the figure of Srimadaacharya is auspicious. It is the

personification of intelligence,wisdom and beautitude. One who views His

Holiness with reverential bhakti will be freed from worldly turmoils and be

blessed with

wisdom,happiness and all comforts in his life. (Sumadhva Vijaya ,chapter

15,shloka 141).

 

The above shloka is a very important shloka in the Sumadhva Vijaya which

highlights the greatness of Srimadaachaaryaru. Few generations back even those

who were unable to read chapters of Sumadhva Vijaya were atleast reciting this

shloka daily

before the Sarva moolaa or the picture of Vaayu devaru and as the sholaka

implies were blessed with the best in the life. I am giving the shloka for two

reasons:

1. For the benefit of the devotees to chant this daily and be blessed by

Srimadachaaryaru.

2. To invoke the blessings of Srimadaananda teertha before venturing into the

series of dvaita literature which sprinkles ananda on those who read with belief

and devotion.
