Guest guest
Dear friends, I am forwarding this mail & picture attachment which I happened to receive sometime back. Thought it might be interesting to you all. Here it goes ... Dont know how much of it is true, but here it is......... Hare Krsna, Hanuman is son of Vayu(wind god)and Anjana. He is born to serve Lord Rama. When he was a child, he once saw the sun rising. He thought it was a fruit. He sprang up 300 yognas(1 yogna is 10000 miles) to eat the sun. Indra struck him down with his thunderbolt and he fell down. Vayu dewa was angry, there was no movement of wind. All the demigods came and blessed him with various boon. Indra gave him the boon of invisibility in battle. Brahma gave him the boon that he will only die at his wish. So death (Yama) can't come near Hanuman. Proud with his strength, when he was a child he used to harrass the sages who cursed him that he will not remember his strength until someone reminds him of his strength. In valmiki Ramayana at the end of Kiskinda kandam, when the vanaras were about to cross the ocean. Jambavan reminded Hanuman that only he can cross the ocean to find Sita devi and the rest of the story everybody knows. Hanuman will live as long as the Ramayana continues to be narrated in this world. In Valmiki Ramayana it is mentioned that " yatra yatra ragunama kirtanam, tatra tatra kirtamastakanjalim, baspavari paripurnalocanam marutim namatha raksasantham " ( Wherever the names of ord Rama is chanted, Hanuman the destroyer of raksahas will be present there). Here's the interesting part .... A group of people went to Manas-sarovar for a piligrimage trip. One of the person there is a Upasaka of Hanuman. He was exploring some caves and accidentally bounced upon a being looking like Lord Hanuman. All of them had cameras and this person happend to click the camera and died there for reasons not known. The other persons fished him out and the camera and here is the picture the camera showed. I do not know how much it is true but many people are believing it. It is a fact that Hanuman does exist in flesh and blood because he is a Chiranjeevi " . This is what now I have got from a person who says it is one of the few originals of the Hanuman photos. The government of India every year during the summer " before the onslaught of monsoon " , gives permissions after medical check up, to selected individuals and send them in groups to Manasarovar. Such groups necessarily will consist of different nationalities, and different people from different regions of India. This photograph appears to have been taken by a person during the summer of 1998. It is said that He saw a light inside a cave and he clicked the light and he died (This part everyone is confirming). Later the friends developed the roll from the camera and got this print!. The photo is as thrilling as the anecdote.
