He is the president of Karnataka Keerthana Kala Parishat. He was the recipient of a number of honors, such as, Keerthana Visharada, Keerthana Kesari, Keerthana Kalavathamsa etc. He is visiting the U. S. A for the first time. Due to vratha, only mangoes are allowed in the category of fruits as offerings to the Lord in the Devarapooja. Please also note that no vegetables are allowed in the cooking due to vratha. Flowers are welcome. Any grocery items from the devotees, such as rice, jaggary etc, will be utilized in the Aradhane. In order to facilitate local hosting and accommodation, we would appreciate out of towners informing us their arrival time on Friday and the head-count. Please also let us know if you will be having dinner in our house on Friday night so that we can prepare accordingly. Driving Directions: East/West In I-78, take Hamilton Blvd exit (no 16A in I-78 west or 16 in I-78 east, note the exit numbers are in Pennsylvania) also called route-222. In the exit ramp, take route-222 south. Go past a couple of traffic lights and then turn left into Brookside road. Go past 2 traffic lights (East Texas and Lower Macungie roads) In 0.4 miles after 2nd traffic light, left into Princeton road. After 1st stop sign, 3rd house on the right. North/South In I-476, take Allentown/Lehigh Valley exit, exit #33. Pay toll. Follow sign to Allentown. Take first exit, route-309 south. In route-309 south, take Hamilton Blvd exit, also called route-222 exit. Follow directions as given above.
