On behalf of VMS DC chapter, we request every one to attend the celebration

of Rayara Aradhane on August 4th and 5th. Program is as follows.

 

Venue: Rao's Residence, 522 Skidmore Blvd, Gaithersburg, MD 20877

 

Saturday, August 4th:

7a.m.-10 a.m. Upakarma (tentatively planned at Temple will be performed by

Harish)

10 a.m.-noon devara Pooje at home (back at Rao's residence)

1p.m.-4 P.M. Lunch break

4-dinner: speeches and bhajans and evening Mangalarathi

Speakers and topics are yet to be announced

Please come prepared for bhajans......

 

Sunday, August 5th:

6.30a.m.- 9-45 a.m. Devara pooje

9-45-12.30 participation at Temple's Aradhana pooje

1-3 lunch (back at Rao's Residence)

conclusion of the program.

from 95 South to 495 West:

From 495 west and 495 North:

Follow 270 North to Frederick;

take exit 9A-B (local road in 270 corridor), follow Shadygrove Metro (right

lane at the exit 9a-b)

Take 2nd exit to 355 North, Gaithersburg township

At light, make Rt. on to S. Westland Dr.

First Rt. on to Skidmore Blvd. Follow Skidmore (after 4 way stop) 522 is the

second house facing Skidmore Blvd.

Parking: Extra parking is available in cross street prior to our house (can

park curb side also) and pass our house near a park. (couple houses after

ours).
