Explains about the " OM " kArasvapi in terms of Vishva, taijasa, prajna and

turiya to represent A, U, M and nada (first four varnas of OM kAras. This is

further mapped to the actual avatara of Vishnu as krishna - A, rAma - U,

Narasimha - M and Varaha - nada. The four states and upAsana krama in terms

four rUpas called the avasthas. Little bit intricate in terms of the rUpas

and how Lord takes these rupas in the four states and how one should do

upAsana for these rupas.
