The first day is to remember Shri Krishna for killing the demon Narakasura, the second day is Go-puja day to worship Lord through cows and the third day is to worship Shri Vamana for blessing Bali. All these three days are auspicious to pray and worship Lord in different forms to get rid of our darkness, ignorance or Tamas. Though we are supposed to worship and feed cows everyday, we are not able to do so. Moreover we are not able to protect the cows from the danger for their life. Everyday hundreds of cows are being killed mercilessly just for the pleasure of man. At least on this holy day, let us all pray for the protection of cows. Shri Kamadhenu Go samrakshana Kendra, Hoovinakere is trying to protect the old and disabled cows and providing them a peaceful shelter. Let us all try to support this noble cause by offereing little Go-grasa Kanike on this Go-puja day. Let us all pray Lord Krishna to provide us more strength and courage to fight against the inhuman treatment of cows.
