Greetings,

 

It was really a great time yesterday to listen to

swamiji answering some of the questions asked by many

people across the world. If it had happened on

Saturday as schedule, then I feel many people would

have had chance to hear. Anyway we will make

mitigation and contingency plans for such important

events in future. We infact did it for yesterday too.

 

Firstly, I heartfully thank Sri Swamiji for having

agreed to come to our premises for this live chat and

webcast. On top of this having agreed to come again

yesterday due to technical problems faced on saturday

even though he was extremely busy whole of yesterday.

 

Secondly, I express my gratitude for help that Sri

Janardhan is extending whenever I ask. He has no " NO "

in his dictionary. I gave him a site which had similar

facility, however he found live365 which is much

better than what I suggested and more than that, he

took the initiative to signup proactively and sent me

the details. He also uploaded some dasara padas where

in people will not be disappointed when they just

happen to visit this.

 

Thirdly, I thank Sri Vasu and his team along with Sri

Bindu Madhavan, (though he did not reply to my mail,

he replied in action by participating), Sri Madhusudan

Rao, Sri Pavan, Sri Ajaya and many other participants.

Credits should go to people who raised the questions

and made swamiji to answer them. I was really

surprised, Swamiji had made elaborate preparation to

answer the questions, he dug lot of valid pramanas to

answer with authenticity, infact he had brought many

such articles and books book marked to answer them

inspite of his busy schedule.

 

Last but not least, I thank Sri Gopalakrishna Varna,

Sri Sandeep Sudhakar, Sri Ramesh (who has rented the

digital lab premises for MSP) for their technical,

moral, logistic help, without whom I think it would

have become a flop show.

 

At the end of the chat session, Swamiji felt very

happy that his message has reached many audience

worldover and has promised that he would frequent our

premises with more such chat sessions.

 

I request the participants of the chat sessions to

kindly send in their namaskaras and their feelings

about the chat session, a printout of same can be

conveyed to Sri Swamiji. This is mark our gratitude

for his blessings he bestowed on us.

The Livechat with Sri sri sathyAthma theertharu was a wonderful

event yesterday. The voice of the swamiji was crystal clear and sounded

like a local call. Swamiji's answers were very well presented and answered

every question clearly. I noticed that swamiji gave very detailed answers

with pramANas for questions that needed the details and he gave short

concise answers to others depending on the merit of the questions. His

shastra jnana, spirituality and kindness to the audience shined through. The

session was a new milestone in mAdhva religion's history. We will see if

the recording can be made available on the website soon. We also plan to

have similar sessions with other swamijis and scholars in the mAdhva

community.

 

Our gratitude and praNams to swamiji for answering questions late in the

night in India. It is great that he has agreed to further similar sessions.

 

Our special thanks to Sri Ramachandra, Sri Janardhan, Sri BGk and other

volunteers who made this possible. I know that tremendous effort goes to put

together events like this and it is not always visible on the outside. These

efforts are " nishkAma karma " in the truest sense. Our prayers to Sri Hari

and vAyu for special blessings to all of them.

 

I request more members to attend future sessions. It looks like the

technology at live365.com is very good and can support a large number of

listeners with very high quality audio. This program is a unique way to

link together mAdhvas all over the world. These kinds of innovations form

the basis of how mAdhva religion and communities exist in the new century.
