Navagraha Homa/Dhanvantri Homa/Pavamana Homa, Sri Jagannathadasar a Aradhane, Sep 14-15

Dear Hari Bhaktas,

 

Sri Jagannathadasara aradhane, Navagraha homa, Dhanvantri homa, Pavamana

homa are taking place in the coming weekend (Sep 14-15) in the august

presence of His Holiness Sri Sugunendra Theertha Swamiji, Puthige Matha,

Udupi, camping in the Amrutha Ashrama, 18 miles south of Allentown,

Pennsylvania. (In the subsequent weekend, Sep 21-22, the last weekend in the

chathurmaasa, Sri Vishnu Sahasranaama homa, Sri Sathyanarayana pooje are

scheduled and the details will be announced next week).

 

Sri H. K. Ranganath, the noted expert from Bangalore on

Harikathaambruthasaara (HKS), the magnum opus of Sri Jagannathadasaru, will

participate in the aradhane this weekend and give lectures on HKS.

 

Free accommodations for overnight stay are available in the ashrama or in

devottees homes in Allentown.

Take 78 West (Wash. DC people will be coming in 78 East)

Exit # 53 at Allentown to Rte 309 North

On 309, take 22 West

On 22, take 1st exit to PA Turnpike which is same as I-476

Take I-476 South towards Philadelphia

From I-476 South:

 

Take exit # 32, Rte 663 West

Go about 6 - 8 miles, and take Rte 29 South (left turn)

Go another 5 miles and turn left into Rte 63 East

(Texaco Gas Station at intersection)

About 0.5 miles on 63, left into Upper Ridge Rd (Public school at

intersection)

1st STOP sign, right into Geryville Pike

4th or 5 th Driveway on the left (Gravel driveway, # on mail box with

From I-476 North:

 

Take exit #31, Rte 63 West

After entering Sumneytown (63 is called as Sumneytown Pike in Sumneytown),

Right into Upper Ridge Rd (Public school at intersection)

1st STOP sign, right into Geryville Pike

4th or 5 th Driveway on the left (Gravel driveway, # on mail box with

From Allentown:

 

Take Rte 29 South (Rte 100 South joins with Rte 29 at Macungie Township)

Go about 15 miles from Rte 100 intersection at Macungie

turn left into Rte 63 East
