In the above, I think " sa hariH " should not be there. Thus it reads sa brahma sa shivaH sendraH so.axaraH paramaH svarAT.h || I believe many printed versions are printed incorrectly. The correction is based on both semantics and syntax. it is in anushhTup.h chandas. Thus there should be 8 letters in each pAda. Keeping " sa hariH " violates the chandas. Semantically also, this is to indicate " sarva shabdavAchyatva of Hari " . " brahmaNi bragma rUpo.asau shiva rUpI shive sthitaH " Lord Hari, being the inner controller of Brahma is called Brahma. He, being the inner controller of shiva, is called shiva.
