Rayara Charithre Painting

Dear Haribhakthas,

 

Hope all of you have seen the photos published by Shri Srinivasa

Achar on the web. I am sure everyone of you have appreciated the

paintings, the color, the theme, the originality etc. The paintings

themselves tell the interest and devotion of the painter in

propogating our philosophy through the visual media. I am sure every

one of you agree that Visual media is more impactive than verbal

media. Especially for younger generation, it will have propound

impact. As Shri Admar swamiji has rightly pointed out in his

blessings, the visual media will have lasting impact and thus Shri

Srinivasa Vaidya is doing a yeoman service by creating so many

painting related to our madhvas.

Few words from my own interaction with the Shri Srinivasa Achar: He

is devoting his full time for the service of Shri Hari, Shri Vayu

after his retirement from the service. As you know creating the

paintings and preserving them needs quite a good amount of investment

in terms of computer, software, storage media, printing etc. Shri

Srinivas Achar, with great difficult had invested quite a good

amount for doing this service to Shri Hari. Presently he is not

earning and his family is dependent on him. Inspite of this, Sri

Srinivasa Achar is spending his time and resources for the service of

Shri Hari. I feel such painters are really a good asset to our

community to educate our younger generation and I think we need to

support the paintings & publishings for our own benefit.

 

I would request all of you to come forward to support the

publishing of Rayara Charithre. If all of you can pledge for buying

one or two copies of the book that would of great help and he can

print more books. I would appreciate all the VMS volunteers to come

forward for this and support publishing the Rayara charithre which

containd 40 rare painting on Shri Rayaru.
