VMS Members: Worm update

Dear KrishNa bhaktas,

It looks like the worm damage is spreading. I had to take some actions to

prevent

the spread of worm to the users of this group. I have temporarily disabled

posting

privileges for the following members whose e-mail addresses sent e-mails with

worm

attachments today. I will enable their posting privileges after they clean

their

computers and send me an e-mail at -owner (AT) (DOT)

com.

These members are:

Meera Keshava Rao, Seema Rao, GV Srinivasan, Rajesh Moorthy.

 

I apologize that I was also an unwitting member who spread the virus. I

thought

that I was safe since I had a macintosh computer. This worm spreads through the

microsoft e-mail program. I have disabled the program so that I don't spread any

more damage.

 

I am sorry that this drastic action needed to be taken. The integrity of the

list

operation was being compromised by this worm attack.

Raghavendra Swamiji's commentary on Purusha Sukta.

 

Here Sri Raghavendra Swamiji is refuting the claim that the term purusha refers

to

either pashu (animal) or pasupathi ( mahAdeva or Rudra). He quotes the shruti

which

starts with the same words as purusha sukta and says in the end that it is sri

Hari.

The quote says that " One who has thousand heads, thousand eyes, thousand feet

and

who has unthinkable powers and who is superior to all is none other than sri

Hari "
