VMS Members worm update-IV

Dear KrishNabhaktas,

Sri Vikram Rayabhari came up with a good suggestion to make the VMS

list into a moderated list at least temporarily. This will solve the

problem of worm infected e-mails that are continuing to pour in.

Moderators sort the virus e-mails and approve only the real e-mails. I

have implemented this option and it will continue until the worm

problem goes away. There may be a delay in receiving the e-mails until

one of the moderators approve them. I think this is a cost worth

paying at this point. This should give the list readers some relief

from reading worm e-mails continuously. I will also return posting

privileges to the members that I had disabled before.
