Guest guest
Dear Ahyatma Bandhus, During Samnudhara Mathana, Lord appeared in 3 forms: 1. As Ajita while doing Samudhra Mathana (churning) process. 2. As Koorma- for lifting the Mandara Parvata while this process is going on. 3. As Dhnawantari – the carrier of AMRITA (Nectar) 4. As Mohini – For giving NECTOR to Devatas only. In effect whole process of Samudhra Mathana is managed or done by lord only. Now question is as follows: 1. Dhanwantari is a PURUSHA roopa of lord as per “TANTRA SARA” and “BHAGAVATA”. Mohini is a STHREE roopa. 2. But I heard through some Satsanghees that in “SUMADHWA VIJAYA” (8th Adhyaya), it has been explained that both “DHANWATARI” and “MOHINI”are Sthree roopas I WILL APPRECIATE IF SOME BODY CAN EXPLAIN WHETHER DHANWANTARI WHO APPEARED DURING SAMUDHRA MATHANA IS STHREE (lady) FORM OF LORD! Also note that the author of Sumadhva Vijaya never contradicts Acharya. > I WILL APPRECIATE IF SOME BODY CAN EXPLAIN WHETHER DHANWANTARI > WHO APPEARED DURING SAMUDHRA MATHANA IS STHREE (lady) FORM OF LORD! It is not a strI rupA. The style of this chapter is such that the same verse describes two avatAra-s/rUpa-s of the Lord.
