“Sri VijayadAsara smaraNe” function was

celebrated at Sri Sriprasad’s residence at East

Windsor, New Jersey on Nov

16th, Sunday.

 

The function went on very well as planned and some photos

Dear VaishNavas

 

By the grace of Sri Hari, Vayu and our glorious guru-parampare, we have decided

to celebrate " Sri VijayadAsara smaraNe " in our house in East

Windsor,

NJ, on Nov 16th, Sunday. Since it is a Sunday and

people have to travel long distances we would like to begin early and finish

around 5 PM itself. The

detailed program looks like this:

 

8 AM - 11:30 AM : Devara puja (Hari, Lakshmi, Vayu devaru, all the

gurugalu, and special hastodaka to Sri VijayadAsaru)

11:15 - 12:00 - Talk by Sri Yogindra " bimbOsi , prati bimbOsmi "

12:00 - 12:30 - Ashirvachana by His Holiness Sri 1008 Sri Sugunendra tIrtha

swamigalu

12:30 - 2 PM - Formal, sit-down lunch

2 - 2:40 - " smarisuve ninna guru VijayarAya " : Sri Sriprasad

2:40 - 3:20 - " ninnolumeyinda " : Sri Madhusudhana Bhimasena Rao

3:20 - 4:00 - " Sri Vijaya dasaru's depiction of manodosha-s and Acharya's

words on them " : Sri Keshava Rao

4 - 4:15: Coffee break

4:15 - 5 : Bhajans

 

5 - 7:00 : Bhajans continued (with a break for Sandhyavandane)

7:00 - 7:45 - Short puja

7:45 - 9:00 - Dinner for remaining participants.

the function,

to earn the grace of Sri Hari, Vayu, gurugalu and

dAsaru.
