Women can recite all stuthis including vishNu sahasra nAma, vAyu sthuthi, dvAdasha stotra etc.. Vayu sthuthi is a potent stuthi that has powers of a manta (mantra tulya). So, everybody should be in physical and mental purity while reciting vAyu sthuthi. I suggest that you listen to his lectures in kannada in the MP3 format that are available for more details.
