Dear All,

 

The planning process for our VMS Annual Retreat in Laurel Hill State Park and

Mettilotsava in Sri Venkateshwara Temple in Pittsburgh during Memorial Day

weekend (28-31 May) is in progress and the following coordinators will be

responsible for the various activities listed.

 

Parents of the children of all ages participating are requested to contact

Srimathi Ramaa Srinivasarao who has started putting together the programs for

children. She wants to know the names and ages of the children. Her e-mail

address is in the list given below.

 

If any of you wish to participate in any of the activities, please communicate

with the respective coordinators. If any more activities need to be established

and if any of you wish to serve as coordinaters, please let me know.
